About
- What is V-LightDesign?
- V-LightDesign is a multidisciplinary studio that brings stage design, lighting architecture, timecode-based light shows, video render & mapping, show choreography and show-control programming under one roof. We also build our own custom hardware (Pixen), and we run our shows and our studio on CueSync and ClientFlow. The studio has 10+ years of experience and a stated 50+ completed projects across three continents — from concert stages to cruise-ship theaters, nightclubs and corporate events. Based in Turkey, working globally.

- We're based in Turkey and work internationally — our projects span three continents. The studio brings 10+ years of industry experience and a stated 50+ completed projects, ranging from concert and festival stages to cruise-ship theaters, nightclubs and corporate events.

- What services do you offer?
- Four core areas: (1) Lighting Architecture & Stage Design — concert and festival stages, nightclub lighting, corporate-event and architectural lighting, LED & video-wall integration, and kinetic light installations; (2) CGI Pre-visualization & Digital Twins; (3) Show Management & DJ Performance Technology — live synchronization of light, video and audio; and (4) custom Pixen hardware. We work turnkey: concept → technical design → programming → live operation, all from one team.
- Do you do timecode shows?
- Yes — frame-accurate SMPTE/LTC timecode synchronization is a core specialty, bridging audio, video and lighting (and lasers/pyro) so every cue fires in perfect sync.
- Do you do nightclub and venue installations?
- Yes. We design permanent, architecturally-integrated lighting, sound and laser systems — programmable LED ceilings, moving heads, RGB lasers and LED pixel bars — driven by a GrandMA control system and tuned to the room's acoustics and architecture.
- Do you work on festivals and large outdoor events?
- Yes — large-scale outdoor and festival stages, including modular scaffold structures, multi-LED-wall setups, laser systems, atmospheric haze and day-to-night transition designs, with landscape-integrated and eco-friendly lighting where the venue calls for it.
- Can you design for cruise ships and theaters?
- Yes. One of our projects is a full digital twin of a passenger-ship main theater, built in Depence R3 with GrandMA3 — 200+ moving-head/wash/LED fixtures across 8+ Art-Net universes — which let us program and preview the entire show remotely, without physical access to the ship.

- What software and consoles do you use?
- Lighting control: GrandMA3, GrandMA2, Depence R3. 3D & visualization: Unreal Engine 5, Cinema 4D, Octane Render, Vectorworks. Video & media: Resolume Arena, Disguise, Notch, TouchDesigner. Audio: Reaper, Ableton Live, QLab. Engineering & planning: AutoCAD, Kinesys, LcTools, WYSIWYG. Performance & DJ: Pioneer DJ, Traktor Pro, Rekordbox.
- What control protocols do you support?
- DMX512, Art-Net, sACN, MIDI, OSC, NDI, CITP and PSN/PosiStageNet. We're multi-protocol specialists and integrate different systems together seamlessly.
Process
- What is your design and production process?
- Four stages. 1) Concept & Consult — we define the visual narrative with a site survey and moodboard. 2) Technical Design — CAD documentation and fixture plots in Vectorworks/AutoCAD, with power and structural feasibility. 3) Virtual Twin — frame-accurate pre-programming in Depence R3 or Unreal Engine 5 with GDTF fixture validation. 4) Show Control — execution on redundant GrandMA3 consoles synchronized via SMPTE/LTC timecode. We visualize every project before building it, which saves cost and makes load-in error-free.
- What is CGI pre-visualization or a digital twin?
- Before anything is built, we create a photorealistic visualization of your stage in Depence R3 or Unreal Engine 5 (with Nanite and Lumen). A digital twin lets you test and optimize every detail virtually, see a live presentation, approve changes instantly — and even pre-program the show without physical access to the venue.

- What kinds of projects have you done?
- A selection: a modular scaffold-based festival stage; a nightclub with integrated lighting, sound and laser; a cruise-ship main-theater digital twin (200+ fixtures, 8+ DMX universes); an industrial warehouse converted into an event venue; a touring-concert stage concept; a large expo & gala hall with kinetic LED and 360° video mapping; and a nature-themed outdoor festival. - What is Pixen?
- Pixen is our custom hardware line: bespoke LED tubes and kinetic fixtures in unique geometric forms — eagle, sphere, pyramid, crown — designed and manufactured per project to match your stage concept. Features include wireless CRMX control, IP65 outdoor rating and individually addressable pixel segments.
Products
- What is CueSync?
- CueSync (cuesync.live) is a universal stage-automation bridge we use on live shows. It captures live music data (beat, phrase structure, hot cues) from Pioneer CDJ/DJM players over PRO DJ LINK and synchronizes connected lighting, video and show-control systems in real time (under ~10ms), so the show reacts as the DJ plays, with no fixed pre-programmed timecode required. It integrates with GrandMA2/3, Avolites, Resolume, disguise, TouchDesigner, Unreal Engine 5 and QLab.
- What is ClientFlow?
- ClientFlow (clientflow.center) is the business-management platform we run the studio on — client CRM, payment tracking, appointment scheduling, WhatsApp/email automation and analytics. It's what handles the contact form and the support chat on this site; it isn't part of our stage and lighting work.
